WILD AMERICA: FISHERS IN THE FAMILY - PART 2

Cinemavixion Review

This installment of the 'Wild America' series, focusing on the Fisher family and narrated by Marty Stouffer, delves into the crucial stages of preparing young fishers for their eventual release into the wild. The narrative follows Stouffer as he guides the burgeoning family on excursions into the mountains, their future territory. However, the young fishers' innate curiosity often leads them astray, preferring to interact with the diverse wildlife they encounter—including a Black Bear, Skunk, and Mule Deer—rather than focusing on their survival training. This segment highlights the challenges of balancing education with the natural instincts of wild animals, offering viewers a glimpse into the complex process of wildlife rehabilitation and the inherent unpredictability of nature.
