OLIVER HARDY & LARRY SEMON: THE PERFECT CLOWN

Cinemavixion Review

This short film, "The Perfect Clown," features the comedic talents of Oliver Hardy and Larry Semon. The plot follows a clerk tasked with a $10,000 bank deposit, only to find the bank closed. His ensuing attempts to reach the bank president's residence with the funds form the core of the narrative. While details on its original release year and director are not provided here, the premise suggests a classic comedic setup, likely from the silent film era given the stars involved, relying on physical humor and situational irony for its effect.
