OLIVER HARDY: GOLF (LAUREL & HARDY)

Cinemavixion Review

This short, silent comedy, often attributed to Laurel and Hardy, showcases the anarchic physical humor characteristic of the era. The plot, as described, centers on a golfer's oblivious and destructive pursuit of the sport within his home, much to the chagrin of his neighbor. While the description mentions Oliver Hardy, the primary focus appears to be on Larry Semon's character, whose relentless golfing leads to escalating household chaos. It's a brief, slapstick affair, likely intended for a quick laugh, relying on visual gags and over-the-top reactions rather than narrative depth.
