INJUSTICE

Cinemavixion Review

Richard J. Perry's 'Injustice' plunges into the dark heart of desperation, presenting a chilling narrative where a woman, Dee, pushed to her absolute limit, resorts to extreme measures. The film compellingly portrays her descent as she takes hostages, seeking to force governmental change. What begins as a calculated act of protest, however, quickly unravels into a chaotic spiral, demonstrating the perilous consequences of unchecked anger and the unpredictable nature of such confrontations. The performances, particularly from Aiken Clark, Jack Elliot, and Helen Evans, anchor the escalating tension, grounding the film's exploration of societal neglect and individual breakdown. This taut thriller, set against a backdrop of policy failure, serves as a stark reminder of the volatile intersection between personal grievance and public policy, offering a thought-provoking, albeit harrowing, cinematic experience.
