FOR THE SAKE OF VICIOUS

Cinemavixion Review

On a grim Halloween night, 'For the Sake of Vicious' plunges viewers into a relentless siege that transforms a domestic space into a brutal battleground. Directed by Gabriel Carrer and Reese Eveneshen, this Canadian horror-thriller excels in its claustrophobic intensity and visceral action. Lora Burke delivers a compelling performance as a nurse thrust into a desperate fight for survival when a home invasion takes a terrifyingly violent turn. The film masterfully escalates the tension, layering home invasion tropes with a relentless, almost operatic, sense of dread. Bolstered by a strong showing on Rotten Tomatoes, this is a tightly wound, expertly crafted exercise in suspense that will leave audiences breathless. Its raw energy and commitment to its grim premise make it a standout for fans of extreme, character-driven horror.
