WITHOUT WARRANT

Cinemavixion Review

Michael Adante's "Without Warrant" plunges viewers into the murky depths of a city teetering on the brink of gang war. The film masterfully chronicles the uneasy alliance between the by-the-book Detective Jewel and the street-smart, renegade undercover cop Mike Calis. Their investigation into a brutal gangland murder becomes a descent into a labyrinth of deceit, where the lines between law enforcement and criminality blur with unsettling frequency. The narrative tension is palpable, driven by a relentless pace and a compelling exploration of moral ambiguity. D.J. Foster and Leo Taylor deliver gritty performances, anchoring the film's visceral portrayal of a dangerous underworld. "Without Warrant" is a taut crime thriller that grips from start to finish, offering a stark look at justice in the shadows.
