THIS WEEKEND WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE

Cinemavixion Review

Robert Mullan's 2018 film, 'THIS WEEKEND WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE,' presents a compelling premise: seven individuals journey from the bustle of London to the serene Cotswolds for a weekend retreat promising profound personal transformation. As the title suggests, the experience indeed alters their lives, though the narrative takes an unexpected and likely darker turn than anticipated. The film delves into the psychological depths of its characters as they confront the unforeseen consequences of their therapeutic escape. While the specifics of their transformations remain tantalizingly vague in the synopsis, the setup promises a potent exploration of human vulnerability and the often-unpredictable nature of self-discovery.
