THE YOGA TEACHER

Cinemavixion Review

Kevin Alan Kent's "The Yoga Teacher" presents a compelling domestic drama centered on Roger Wright, a man seemingly at the end of his rope. The arrival of a yoga teacher at his doorstep is framed not as a convenience, but as an unwelcome intrusion, hinting at underlying tensions and unresolved issues in Roger's life. While the synopsis is minimal, the involvement of seasoned actresses Kathleen Quinlan and Lin Shaye, alongside Ali Corbin, suggests a strong dramatic performance is likely. Their presence promises depth and nuance to the unfolding narrative, exploring themes of personal struggle, unexpected encounters, and the potential for transformation, even when unwelcome. This film appears poised to delve into the complexities of human relationships and the quiet battles fought within the confines of everyday life.
