THE UNSEEN

Cinemavixion Review

Geoff Redknap's 'The Unseen' offers a compelling blend of personal drama and supernatural mystery, anchored by a powerful performance from Aden Young. As Bob Langmore, a man grappling with a condition that renders him increasingly invisible, Young navigates the profound isolation and desperation of a father searching for his missing daughter, Eva. The film masterfully uses its central conceit not just as a plot device, but as a potent metaphor for societal detachment and the fear of fading away. While the IMDb rating suggests a mixed reception, a perfect 100% on Rotten Tomatoes indicates a strong critical appreciation for its thematic depth and atmospheric tension. The supporting cast, including Camille Sullivan and Julia Sarah Stone, provide solid emotional grounding, making 'The Unseen' a thought-provoking and haunting cinematic experience that delves into the very essence of human connection and visibility.
