THE ONLY WAY

Cinemavixion Review

This cinematic offering, 'The Only Way,' plunges viewers into the harrowing realities of Denmark's occupation during World War II. Released in 1970, the film, directed by Bent Christensen, navigates the precarious existence of a Jewish family attempting to flee the encroaching Nazi regime. The narrative, set against the backdrop of the 1940 German invasion and the subsequent promise of peaceful cooperation, highlights the desperate measures individuals took to preserve their lives and freedom. While the local data provides a foundational premise, the external data enriches this with details of the plot and a cast that includes Ebbe Rode and Jane Seymour, suggesting a compelling human drama. The film's exploration of survival and resilience amidst historical turmoil makes it a poignant, albeit somber, viewing experience.
