THE MIDNIGHT MAN (A HITMAN WITH A GIFT)

Cinemavixion Review

D.C. Hamilton's 'The Midnight Man (A Hitman With A Gift)' presents a fascinating premise: an assassin who loses his invulnerability and discovers the profound beauty of pain. The narrative delves into the existential quandary of a man accustomed to detachment, now confronted with the raw intensity of human experience. Will Kemp stars as the titular hitman, navigating this newfound vulnerability with a performance that explores the duality of his character. The film probes the nature of gifts, the price of immortality, and the unexpected solace found in suffering. It's a thought-provoking exploration of what it truly means to be alive, even for someone whose profession is centered on ending lives. The film invites audiences to consider the value of sensation and the human need for connection, even in the darkest of circumstances.
