Cinemavixion Review

This dramatised documentary, narrated with characteristic flair by Barry Humphries, plunges viewers into the audacious world of the Kangaroo Gang. The film masterfully reconstructs the exploits of this notorious Australian group who, in the swinging sixties, brought their unique brand of thievery to London. Through a compelling blend of dramatised scenes, archival footage, and insightful interviews, it recounts their daring heists that baffled Scotland Yard. Emerging from the same creative minds behind 'Tough Nuts: Australia's Hardest Criminals' and drawing from the best-selling book 'King of Thieves', this production offers a vivid and engaging look at a significant chapter in criminal history, celebrating the audacious spirit and intricate planning that defined the gang's reign.
