THE GENDER CARD FLIP / SECOND NATURE

Cinemavixion Review

This is a whimsical premise that explores gender dynamics through a fantastical lens. The arrival of a magic mirror that flips the gender roles of mayoral candidates Amanda and Bret offers a unique opportunity for satire and social commentary. Collette Wolfe, known for her roles in 'Interstellar' and 'Hot Tub Time Machine,' and Sam Huntington, who appeared in 'Superman Returns' and 'Sully,' lead this intriguing narrative. As Amanda and Bret navigate the challenges and perspectives of each other's lives, the film prompts reflection on societal expectations and personal identity. The central question remains: will they choose to return to their original lives or embrace the transformative power of their swapped realities?
