STINGER

Cinemavixion Review

Martin Munthe's "Stinger" plunges audiences into the murky depths of suspense with its tale of a lost submarine and its perilous, top-secret cargo. Set sixty miles off the Californian coast, the discovery of the USS Newark, missing for nearly two months, ignites a high-stakes salvage operation. The narrative skillfully builds tension as a specialized team, accompanied by the project's lead scientist and her assistant, ventures into the vessel, unaware of the lurking dangers within. While the film's IMDb rating suggests a divisive reception, its premise offers a compelling blend of military intrigue and underwater mystery, promising a tense exploration of the unknown that awaits discovery.
