SPACE: INTO THE GREAT BEYOND

Cinemavixion Review

In "Space: Into the Great Beyond," director Russ Sterling crafts a compelling narrative that captures humanity's burgeoning ambition to explore the cosmos. Released in 2021, this documentary, featuring the voices of Paul Hughes and Charles Washington, posits that space is no longer a distant dream but the tangible next frontier. The film expertly weaves together the advancements in robotic exploration, such as missions to Mars, with the preparations for off-world habitation, highlighting our accelerating journey towards becoming a multi-planetary species. It artfully bridges the gap between imagination and the concrete pursuit of cosmic settlement, suggesting that the search for extraterrestrial life and the establishment of distant outposts are no longer confined to science fiction but are becoming a reality of our time. "Space: Into the Great Beyond" serves as an inspiring testament to human ingenuity and our inherent drive to push the boundaries of the known universe.
