SISTERS OF DEATH

Cinemavixion Review

Joe Mazzuca's 1976 slasher, "Sisters of Death," plunges into the dark aftermath of a tragic secret society initiation. Years after a fatal game of Russian Roulette claims one of their own, the surviving members of an all-girl group are lured to a remote estate. The reunion, however, is a trap orchestrated by the vengeful father of the deceased initiate. The film explores themes of guilt, revenge, and the lingering consequences of past actions, set against the backdrop of a lavish, isolated mansion that becomes the stage for escalating terror. While its premise taps into classic horror tropes, "Sisters of Death" offers a compelling narrative of psychological suspense and unfolding dread as the survivors confront their shared, deadly secret.
