SHE LIED ABOUT HER AGE

Cinemavixion Review

This film delves into a morally complex scenario, following a married commercial filmmaker whose life unravels when his relationship with a 16-year-old lover comes to light, leading to statutory rape charges. The narrative explores the devastating consequences of such a transgression, examining the intersection of personal desire, societal boundaries, and the law. It prompts viewers to consider the ethical implications and the stark realities faced by all parties involved when age and consent are tragically blurred.
