MY FIRST MIRACLE

Cinemavixion Review

Rudy Luna's "My First Miracle" offers a poignant exploration of adolescent resilience in the face of profound adversity. The film centers on Angelica, a 16-year-old navigating the complexities of first love while simultaneously battling a serious illness. The narrative skillfully balances the universal themes of young romance and self-discovery with the stark realities of her health struggles. Sean Patrick Flanery, Jason London, and Valerie Cruz deliver grounded performances that lend emotional weight to the story. While the film may not shy away from dramatic territory, it ultimately champions hope and the enduring power of human connection. It's a touching drama that encourages viewers to appreciate life's precious moments.
