LOADED MONDAY

Cinemavixion Review

Beau Yotty's "Loaded Monday" plunges viewers into the gritty underbelly of Arizona, where Detectives Roberts and Evans embark on a relentless pursuit of a cop killer and a corrupt politician. This action-packed thriller, released in 2021, masterfully weaves a narrative of murder, deceit, and treacherous double-crosses. The plot thickens with the introduction of a drug kingpin and his volatile second-in-command, creating a volatile environment where loyalty is scarce and survival is paramount. Adding a layer of emotional complexity, a burgeoning romance between Detective Roberts and the kingpin's daughter offers a glimmer of hope amidst the chaos, though it threatens to lead to tragic consequences. Yotty, also starring in the film, delivers a performance that anchors the intense atmosphere, supported by a capable cast. While the IMDb rating suggests a niche appeal, the film's high-octane sequences and intricate plot make it a compelling watch for fans of the crime thriller genre.
