This "double feature" presents the penultimate and final chapters of the "Josh Kirby: Time Warrior!" saga. Chapter 5, "Journey to the Magic Cavern," finds our intrepid time-traveling hero, Josh Kirby, alongside scientist Irwin 1138 and Azabeth Siege, in a desperate race to protect the potent Nullifier device from the clutches of the villainous Dr. Zoetrope. Their mission takes an unexpected turn as they find themselves on a planet inhabited by sentient mushroom people. Complicating matters further, Azabeth falls ill after consuming a toxic plant, necessitating a quest for an antidote amidst the planet's perilous environment. The narrative then escalates in Chapter 6, "Last Battle for the Universe," which brings Josh Kirby's sprawling adventure full circle, returning him to Earth for the ultimate confrontation. The fate of the entire universe hangs in the balance as Josh must overcome Dr. Zoetrope in a final, decisive battle.
