INNER DEMONS

Cinemavixion Review

An unnerving dive into the darkest corners of the human psyche, "Inner Demons" masterfully blurs the lines between psychological distress and supernatural horror. The film probes the terrifying notion that true demons might not always reside outside, but within us, fueled by fear and addiction. The premise, centered on a reality show capturing a young woman's struggle, offers a chilling commentary on voyeurism and the exploitation of vulnerability. Seth Grossman's direction crafts an atmosphere thick with dread, while the performances, particularly from Lara Vosburgh, navigate the complex emotional landscape with unsettling conviction. "Inner Demons" is a compelling inquiry into what happens when the "monsters" we confront are reflections of our own deepest fears, leaving the audience to question the true nature of possession.
