GENERATION WOLF

Cinemavixion Review

Christian de la Cortina's "GENERATION WOLF" plunges into the precarious world of a young entrepreneur teetering on the brink of financial ruin. Faced with the potential loss of his business, he embarks on a perilous journey into the clandestine cultivation of marijuana, seduced by the promise of a quick fix. However, the narrative deftly explores the escalating repercussions of this illicit path, illustrating how crossing moral and legal boundaries can irrevocably alter the fabric of one's life. The film serves as a stark cautionary tale, examining themes of desperation, ambition, and the unforeseen consequences that accompany risky decisions in the pursuit of success. De la Cortina's direction, coupled with the performances of the ensemble cast, including Hayley Sales and Michael D. Cohen, crafts a compelling drama that resonates with contemporary anxieties about economic pressure and the choices individuals make when pushed to their limits.
