FORMULA FOR MURDER

Cinemavixion Review

In 'Formula For Murder,' director Harry Fraser crafts a compelling post-war noir that delves into the dark side of human desire. The narrative centers on the murder of a research dietician, a tragedy that exposes the venomous undercurrents of greed and jealousy masked by professed love. Donald Woods anchors the film as Craig Kennedy, the astute investigator who unravels the complex web of deceit. Sydney Mason and Lewis Wilson provide strong supporting performances, embodying the manipulative forces at play. The film masterfully illustrates how avarice can be a potent catalyst for crime, proving that the path to justice is often paved with the darkest of intentions. Its exploration of poisoned relationships and deceptive appearances makes for a chilling, thought-provoking viewing experience.
