FORECLOSURE

Cinemavixion Review

Brett Bentman's 'Foreclosure' offers a chilling premise: a young couple seeking a spectral presence in their new home. While the film's IMDb rating suggests a divisive reception, its core concept taps into a primal fear of the unknown within the sanctity of domesticity. The performances of Samara Gonzalez, Derrick Redford, and Brooks Ryan anchor the narrative, navigating the unsettling atmosphere that permeates their supposed sanctuary. Bentman crafts a slow-burn tension, inviting viewers to question the nature of the haunting and the couple's perception. This independent thriller is a compelling watch for those drawn to psychological horror and stories where the true terror lies not in what is seen, but in what is felt within the shadowed corners of a house that should offer comfort.
