EYES OF THE WOODS

Cinemavixion Review

Miguel Valenti's 'Eyes of the Woods' plunges viewers into a primal fear scenario, where a demonic entity turns a simple road trip into a desperate fight for survival. The film masterfully builds suspense as a group of unsuspecting youths find themselves hunted by a relentless, flesh-eating creature within the confines of a menacing forest. The narrative skillfully plays on themes of isolation and the terror of the unknown, forcing the characters—and the audience—to confront unimaginable horrors. With strong performances from Walter Phelan and Lira Kellerman, the film delivers a chilling exploration of how quickly civilization can crumble when faced with ancient, malevolent forces. 'Eyes of the Woods' is a testament to the enduring power of creature features, offering a raw and visceral cinematic experience that lingers long after the credits roll.
