CHASING MOLLY

Cinemavixion Review

Josh Sutherland's 'Chasing Molly' plunges viewers into the neon-drenched, treacherous landscape of Los Angeles, following Molly, a con artist with a unique hustle—relieving clients of their valuables under the guise of paranormal cleansing. The film masterfully blends crime and comedy as Molly's scheme goes awry when she crosses a formidable drug kingpin. What ensues is a thrilling, often darkly humorous, chase through the city's underbelly. The narrative cleverly balances high-stakes action with witty dialogue, anchored by a performance that captures Molly's resourcefulness and vulnerability. Sutherland navigates the genre with a confident hand, delivering a stylish and engaging crime caper that keeps audiences on the edge of their seats, questioning who can be trusted in a world where deception is currency.
