BURNT OFFERING

Cinemavixion Review

Steven Perez's 2018 horror offering, "Burnt Offering," delves into the chilling premise of four young graffiti artists seeking refuge in an abandoned schoolhouse, only to find themselves ensnared by a sinister presence. The film, starring Scott Rosenfeld, Paige Hullett, and Cameron Chester, attempts to blend the thrill of a chase with supernatural dread. While the setup promises a descent into terror, the execution, as suggested by its modest IMDb rating of 2.9, may leave audiences wanting more substantial scares. Nevertheless, for fans of atmospheric, contained horror narratives, "Burnt Offering" presents a familiar yet potentially engaging exploration of evil lurking in forgotten spaces.
