BATTLE EARTH

Cinemavixion Review

Aaron Kurmey's "Battle Earth" plunges viewers into a desperate fight for survival against an extraterrestrial threat in 2013. The film follows a young paramedic who enlists to defend the planet, only to find himself in a harrowing battle for his own life when his transport crashes behind enemy lines. While the initial premise suggests a grand-scale invasion narrative, the core of "Battle Earth" appears to shift towards a more intimate and intense struggle for survival, as highlighted by the external data's plot summary of soldiers behind enemy lines. This blend of large-scale conflict and close-quarters combat promises a gritty and engaging experience. Despite a modest IMDb rating of 2.3/10, the film's commitment to its action-packed, sci-fi premise, featuring a cast including Ryan Agnew and Antonio Aguirre, makes it a potentially compelling watch for fans of invasion thrillers.
