ATTACK IN LA

Cinemavixion Review

Chad Ferrin's "Attack in LA" plunges viewers into the grim underbelly of Los Angeles, specifically the often-overlooked Skid Row. The narrative follows three friends whose night takes a terrifying turn when they become prey to a ruthless gang of homeless individuals. Ferrin crafts a gritty, visceral thriller that doesn't shy away from brutality, blending raw action with disturbing horror elements. The film offers a stark, unflinching look at a lawless urban landscape, driven by a palpable sense of desperation and survival. While the IMDb rating suggests a mixed reception, the film's commitment to its bleak subject matter and its intense portrayal of a nightmarish scenario make it a noteworthy, albeit harrowing, cinematic experience for those seeking confrontational genre filmmaking.
