ATOMIC PUNKS

Cinemavixion Review

Rusty Apper's "Atomic Punks" plunges viewers into a chillingly effective horror anthology, drawing inspiration from the iconic hammer horror tradition. The narrative centers on two teenagers whose curiosity leads them to an infamous local antiques store, a place shrouded in mystery and malevolent energy. As they delve deeper, they uncover a world of witches, murder, and mayhem, biting off far more than they can chew. The film masterfully blends elements of supernatural horror with a palpable sense of dread, delivering a roller coaster of fun and fright across its three distinct parts. With performances from Luke Morgan, Cameron Patmore, and Laurence R. Harvey, "Atomic Punks" is a compelling watch for fans of classic horror tropes reimagined for a modern audience.
