ADVENTURES OF ALADDIN

Cinemavixion Review

This 2019 adaptation of "Adventures of Aladdin" offers a live-action rendition of the classic tale. Directed by Glenn Campbell, the film follows the familiar narrative of a young man using a magical lamp to woo a princess. While the premise is well-trodden, this version, starring Adam Hollick and Lucia Dimitra Xypteras, attempts to bring a fresh perspective. However, critical reception, as indicated by its IMDb rating, suggests that the execution may not fully capture the magic of its animated predecessor. It's a straightforward retelling that may appeal to those seeking a direct, albeit less acclaimed, version of the beloved story.
