Vince Barnett

Died: Aug 10, 1977
Height: 167.64 cm
Vince Barnett carved a unique niche in Hollywood, leveraging his background in vaudeville and a prodigious talent for elaborate pranks and sharp wit. Initially famed for his comedic timing and character roles, often as a dim-witted gangster or a Runyonesque figure, Barnett brought a distinctive presence to films like 'Scarface' and 'Princess O'Hara'. Over a career spanning... more four decades, he adeptly shifted to more understated character work, appearing as beleaguered everymen in a variety of genres, from film noir to Westerns. His persona, often characterized by a mischievous twinkle, made him a memorable, if unconventional, presence in cinema. less
