Maris Wrixon

A striking presence in Hollywood during the 1930s and 40s, Maris Wrixon possessed the classic glamour that graced magazine covers and caught the eye of renowned photographers. Though she began her film career with numerous uncredited roles at Warner Brothers, Wrixon eventually secured leading parts in programmer films such as "The Case of the Black Parrot" and "Bullets for O'Ha... morera." Her most notable performance was alongside Boris Karloff in the horror B-movie "The Ape," where she played a crippled young woman.
