Cinemavixion Review

"Witching Hour II: Possession Time" plunges viewers into a chilling descent into madness, anchored by a truly unsettling premise. The narrative centers on a malevolent clock, an object imbued with dark energy that latches onto a new victim, driving a detective to the brink as he grapples with a series of perplexing, unsolved cases. The film expertly builds suspense, weaving a tapestry of psychological horror and supernatural dread. The directors, Ken Comito, Melanie Comito, Jim King, Dan Sellers, and Josh Spiegel, craft an atmosphere thick with tension, making the audience question reality alongside the protagonist. April Hale, Michael Hoch, and Thomas Ryan Marvin deliver performances that are both vulnerable and intense, portraying the psychological toll of confronting an ancient evil. This is a compelling exploration of how darkness can infiltrate the mundane, offering a fresh, albeit terrifying, take on possession narratives.
