WILLIAM THE CONQUEROR: USURPER OR RIGHTFUL KING?

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary delves into the complex legacy of William the Conqueror, challenging the long-held perception of him as a mere 'vicious warlord'. By questioning the narrative of him 'deposing its rightful ruler', the film invites viewers to look beyond the simplistic historical accounts. It promises a journey into the 'real history beyond the legend', urging a re-evaluation of William's place in history. The exploration aims to uncover the nuances of his claim and actions, suggesting that the title of 'Usurper' might not be the full story. This approach encourages a more critical and informed understanding of a pivotal figure in English history.
