WILD AMERICA: WILD TEXAS

Cinemavixion Review

Texas, a state often perceived through the lens of its vast ranches and oil fields, unfolds in 'Wild America: Wild Texas' as a surprisingly diverse ecological tapestry. This documentary, helmed by Marty Stouffer, delves into the lesser-known natural landscapes of the Lone Star State, revealing at least six distinct life zones. From arid desert mountains to sprawling grasslands, the dense piney woods, and the mysterious swamplands, the film promises an eye-opening journey for viewers. It challenges conventional perceptions, highlighting the rich and varied wildlife that thrives within these dramatically different environments, offering a fresh perspective on a familiar region.
