WILD AMERICA: CHIPMUNKS OF YOSEMITE

Cinemavixion Review

Journey into the majestic Yosemite National Park with 'WILD AMERICA: CHIPMUNKS OF YOSEMITE,' a 1990 documentary directed by Marty Stouffer. This film offers a fascinating glimpse into the lives of the six chipmunk species that inhabit the park, each adapted to distinct altitudes ranging from arid foothills to towering 13,000-foot peaks. Stouffer captures the charming antics and survival stories of these small creatures against the breathtaking backdrop of Yosemite's iconic landmarks, including Bridal Veil Falls, Half Dome, and the ancient Giant Sequoias. It's a delightful exploration of nature's resilience and the delicate relationship between wildlife and the human presence in one of America's most treasured natural landscapes.
