WHY THIS DISCOVERY CHANGES EVERYTHING WE KNOW ABOUT BRONZE AGE BRITAIN

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary offers a fascinating window into Bronze Age Britain, centering on the remarkable Must Farm site. Dubbed the 'Pompeii of the Bronze Age,' its preservation is extraordinary, thanks to a fiery demise that plunged the stilted river houses into the silts below. The narrative skillfully reconstructs daily life from 3,000 years ago, revealing details about domesticity, community, and the suddenness of catastrophe. Beyond Must Farm, the program touches upon other significant discoveries, from Roman-era treasures amidst Boudicca's destruction to revealing Anglo-Saxon burial rituals. It's a compelling exploration of Britain's deep past, brought to life through meticulous archaeological work and engaging storytelling, urging viewers to reconsider their understanding of this ancient era.
