WHAT REALLY HAPPENED TO PETER FALCONIO

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary delves into three of Australia's most disturbing crimes, offering a stark look at the darkness that can reside within the human psyche. The narrative surrounding Peter Falconio's disappearance on the Stuart Highway is particularly chilling, recounting the harrowing experience of Joanne Lees and the enduring mystery of Falconio's fate. The program bravely explores the investigation into Bradley Murdoch, prompting reflection on the trial's outcomes and the evidence presented. Equally impactful is the examination of Robert Farquharson's horrific act on Father's Day, a tragedy that deeply affected the nation. The documentary also revisits the Strathfield massacre, a brutal act of violence that ignited crucial conversations about gun control in Australia. Through interviews and detailed accounts, this film serves as a somber reminder of these events and the profound impact they continue to have.
