Cinemavixion Review

This documentary delves into the chilling disappearance of Peter Falconio on July 14, 2001, along Australia's remote Stuart Highway. The narrative recounts the harrowing experience of his girlfriend, Joanne Lees, who survived a brutal attack by Bradley Murdoch after he flagged down their vehicle. Lees's remarkable escape and subsequent testimony form the core of the investigation, which was further complicated by the fact that Falconio's body was never recovered. The film explores the intense media attention and the legal proceedings that followed, questioning the evidence presented against Murdoch and leaving viewers to ponder the enduring mystery of what truly transpired that fateful night.
