Cinemavixion Review

This documentary offers a poignant glimpse into the fractured legacy of Burma's royal family, tracing their lineage from the deposition of the King in 1885 to their re-emergence a century later. The narrative spans three years of significant political upheaval in Burma, weaving together the personal journeys of family members as they strive to reconnect with their past and each other. It's a compelling exploration of a nation emerging from decades of authoritarian rule, framed through the intimate story of a dynasty seeking to reclaim its identity and heritage amidst profound societal transformation.
