WEST OF HELL

Cinemavixion Review

Michael Steves' 'West of Hell' plunges viewers into a chilling supernatural Western set aboard a midnight train to Atlanta. The film masterfully blends genres, weaving a tale of vengeance, survival, and the uncanny. Tony Todd delivers a commanding performance as a former slave seeking retribution, supported by compelling turns from Michael Eklund and Lance Henriksen. While the narrative centers on a grim quest for revenge, it evolves into a desperate fight against a sinister, unseen force. The atmospheric tension aboard the train is palpable, creating a claustrophobic and terrifying experience. 'West of Hell' is a solid entry into the supernatural Western subgenre, offering a unique premise and a strong cast that elevates the suspenseful journey.
