WAINWRIGHT WALKS - COAST TO COAST E01

Cinemavixion Review

This first episode of "Wainwright Walks" follows Julia Bradbury as she embarks on the iconic Coast to Coast walk, a route conceived by the legendary Alfred Wainwright. Bradbury begins her journey in the Pennines, often called the 'spine of England,' and traverses the rugged North York Moors, culminating her trek in the picturesque Robin Hood's Bay. The series highlights the breathtaking landscapes, historical significance, and the unique character of this nearly 200-mile trek, which links three national parks and connects the Irish Sea to the North Sea. Aerial cinematography captures the changing scenery, underscoring the walk's status as Wainwright's enduring legacy and a celebrated long-distance challenge.
