VIRUS

Cinemavixion Review

Allan A. Goldstein's 'Virus' plunges viewers into a high-stakes scenario where presidential bodyguard John (Brian Bosworth) must prevent a catastrophic biological weapon leak. Set against the backdrop of a national park, the film capitalizes on its tense premise, exploring themes of duty and sacrifice. Bosworth delivers a stoic performance, anchoring the action sequences with a palpable sense of urgency. While the plot treads familiar ground in the action-thriller genre, its straightforward execution and focus on the immediate threat make for a compelling watch. The film's compact runtime ensures a brisk pace, keeping the audience engaged from the opening chase to the climactic confrontation. 'Virus' offers a solid dose of adrenaline, proving that a clear objective and a determined protagonist can drive a satisfying cinematic experience.
