VIKING BLOOD

Cinemavixion Review

Uri L. Schwarz’s "Viking Blood" plunges viewers into a brutal medieval conflict, anchored by a compelling performance from Robert Follin as a mercenary caught between ancient traditions and burgeoning change. The narrative skillfully positions its protagonist as an observer disillusioned by the fanaticism of both warring factions, leading to a profound decision to stand apart from the fray. While the film's IMDb rating suggests a mixed reception, its thematic exploration of faith, loyalty, and the search for personal truth amidst chaos offers a thought-provoking experience. The sparse yet effective visual storytelling, combined with the committed performances from Follin and Mia Lerdam, crafts a gritty and atmospheric journey into a world grappling with its own soul.
