VENGEANCE SERVED COLD

Cinemavixion Review

Shaan David's 'Vengeance Served Cold' plunges viewers into a harrowing tale of trauma and retribution. The narrative centers on Madison, a young woman whose life is irrevocably shattered by the brutal murder of her mother. Witnessing this tragedy at the tender age of fifteen fuels a decades-long burning desire for justice, culminating in a relentless pursuit of her mother's killer. The film navigates the complex emotional landscape of grief and the morally ambiguous path of vigilantism. Erica Bradley delivers a compelling performance as the adult Madison, embodying the weight of her past and the ferocity of her mission. The film's exploration of how profound loss can shape an individual's destiny, driving them to extreme measures, is both thought-provoking and intense. 'Vengeance Served Cold' is a stark reminder of the enduring impact of violence and the profound human need for closure, even when sought through unconventional means.
