VAN HELSING

Cinemavixion Review

Soner Metin's "Van Helsing" plunges viewers into a dark, demon-infested world where the titular character is tasked with a perilous rescue mission. The film, released in 2022, features a compelling performance from Michael Hoad, supported by Darrell Griggs and Antonia Whillans, who navigate a narrative brimming with supernatural threats. While the film boasts a clear premise of confronting monstrous forces to save the innocent, its straightforward approach to the classic Van Helsing archetype offers a familiar yet engaging horror experience. The ensemble cast effectively embodies the struggle against overwhelming odds, making for a watch that appeals to fans of creature features and supernatural thrillers, even if its IMDb rating suggests a niche appeal.
