Cinemavixion Review

This documentary delves into the cutting-edge aviation technology of World War II, specifically focusing on the V1 and V2 rockets and the groundbreaking Messerschmitt Me-262 jet fighter. The narrative highlights a pivotal moment on July 25, 1944, when the Me-262 engaged in its first air-to-air combat, narrowly missing a No. 544 squadron Mosquito reconnaissance aircraft. The film positions the Me-262 as a herald of a new era in aerial warfare, characterized by its advanced jet and rocket propulsion systems. It's a compelling look at the technological race that defined the latter stages of the war.
