UNHALLOWED GROUND

Cinemavixion Review

Russell England's "Unhallowed Ground" plunges viewers into the chilling atmosphere of a prestigious boarding school after dark. What begins as a routine night patrol for six students quickly devolves into a desperate fight for survival when violent burglars breach the school's ancient halls. However, the human threat is soon overshadowed by a far more sinister presence – vengeful spirits awakened by the night's intrusion. The film masterfully blends elements of slasher and supernatural horror, as both students and intruders find themselves trapped, forced to confront spectral entities far more dangerous than any living foe. With a cast including Ameet Chana, Poppy Drayton, and Marcus Griffiths, "Unhallowed Ground" offers a tense and atmospheric descent into a place where the dead refuse to rest, creating a compelling narrative of terror and desperation. Despite a modest IMDb rating, the film's commitment to its eerie setting and escalating supernatural dread makes it a noteworthy entry for fans of ghost stories and contained thrillers.
