TRUTH, WAR AND CONSEQUENCES | END OF TRUTH | THE POLITICAL AND CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE OF KIDNAPPINGS

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary, "Truth, War and Consequences | END OF TRUTH," offers a deeply affecting look into the grim reality of kidnappings amidst the rise of ISIS in war-torn Syria. Directors Tricia Todd and Eric Matthies masterfully weave together exclusive footage with candid interviews from those directly involved – negotiators, investigators, fixers, and even an unlikely used car salesman. The film dissects the complex web of misinformation and deceit that can ensnare individuals when lives hang in the balance, powerfully illustrating the devastating consequences of falsehoods in such critical situations. It's a vital, albeit harrowing, examination of the human cost of conflict and deception.
